Gorton's Air Fried Fish Tacos with Slaw

4 Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets
1 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup Carrots, shredded
1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbs Fresh Lime Juice
6 small Flour Tortillas
Lime Slices and Fresh Cilantro, to serve
Directions
- Cook the Gorton’s Air Fried Fish Fillets as directed on the package.
- For the slaw: mix the shredded cabbage, lettuce, carrots, and jalapeno with the mayonnaise, yogurt, and lime juice.
- Warm up the tortillas.
- Assemble the tacos by dividing the slaw evenly between each tortilla, and topping the slaw with the fish fillets (broken in pieces).
- Serve immediately.
